What are the few things that might weaken or interrupt the Wi-Fi signal at home?
- Any other router/CPE within the coverage of gpfi CPE can be a barrier of Wi-Fi signal. It is highly recommended not to switch on any other router/CPE near gpfi CPE.
- There should not be any obstacle (furniture, wall, large metal object) in front of the CPE i.e CPE should be placed in open place.
- Microwave ovens, Codeless Phones, Bluetooth devices should not be placed near gpfi CPE.
- Water bodies such as aquariums near CPE might absorb Wi-Fi signal and act as barrier.
What is the process of activating OTT monthly subscription after opting in gpfi plan?
Once a customer takes a monthly gpfi subscription for 30 days, he/she can follow these simple steps to activate OTT membership included with the plan:
- Install ‘Huawei Ai Life’ app from Huawei’s official website smarthome.hicloud.com/d/index.html (both Android and iOS) or App Store (iOS) in your mobile.
- Install preferred OTT app on your preferred device like Mobile/Tab/TV if not already installed.
- Login using your gpfi number in your preferred OTT.
- You will get an OTP SMS from OTT partner (Hoichoi, Chorki, T Sports, SonyLIV, Bioscope, iScreen or Lionsgate) in “Huawei Ai Life” app while connected in gpfi network.
- Verify your OTP in your OTT app and enjoy your free pass.
- OTT subscription will be valid until the gpfi plan expires.

- For auto renewal, customer needs to keep minimum balance of BDT 1899. If the pack is expired due to insufficient balance, customer needs to recharge and keep minimum balance of BDT 1899. Then the pack will be automatically activated. Pack validity is 30 days.
